A whole boneless turkey fillet, brined and then wood smoked slow and low. The same way we do the hams. 100% Australian turkey meat, and already cooked through, so there's no basting, no thermometer, no standing at the oven door.

Serve it cold and sliced thin on the board next to the ham, or warm it gently if you want it as a hot plate. 600 grams is a real serve for four or five alongside everything else on the table.

Turkey (93%), sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite (250), mineral salts (450, 451, 452), antioxidant (316), maltodextrin, hydrolysed vegetable protein, natural wood smoke.
