We take real cuts of pork, season them simply and press them into a firm, tender ham that slices beautifully and tastes like ham should. Made in small batches at our smokehouse in Dandenong and pre-sliced for you, it’s ready for school lunches, a quick sandwich on rye with mustard, or piled onto the grazing board.
